SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test)
The SAT is necessary for entry into certain US universities, particularly if an applicant has not taken an equivalent exam. It comprises the Reasoning Test, which assesses general writing and grammar abilities, and the Subject Test, which evaluates knowledge in specific subjects. The SAT is conducted by the College Board and held seven times a year in the USA and five times a year in India.
