Post study Visa and PR in Ireland:

Non-EU graduates with a level 7 or above are eligible for a post-study work visa in Ireland for 6 or 24 months. After that they need to receive a sponsorship from an Irish company to continue working in Ireland. Due to labour shortage getting a sponsorship in Ireland is not a difficult task and is usually offered to students by the company they are already working in.

Once you obtain your Post Study Work Permit, you will be allowed to work in Ireland, and after 5 years of work and stay, you will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residency.
